Back to the Bottle - Knob Creek 15 year old Limited Edition that we really hope becomes a standard offering so we made up a story about it doing just that. If you like Jim Beam and Knob Creek bourbon, it's hard to imagine you won't love this release. On one hand, it's a bit pricey in relation to many advanced-age store picks with higher proof but, on the other hand, I like the idea of the team at Knob Creek picking from some old barrels and coming up with a small batch, 15 year age-stated release. Happy to have had this one and even happier there is one more waiting in the cabinet.
