After a false start for technical difficulties, we dig into lots of whiskey with Dan's brother-in-law, Scott. Turns out, Scott is a funny guy with some decent insights into whiskey. We try something new in the Nelson's Greenbrier Tennessee Whiskey and revisit some old favorites in an Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Single Barrel, Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon, Dickel 15 single barrel, and even some Laphroaig for good measure. Scott likes peat!
