Dan has been under the weather this week and also has a school function to attend with his daughter. I remember from when my kids were little that it is frowned upon for parents to show up to school events smelling of whiskey. So, you just have me today which may work out fine because I want to talk about cocktails and Dan isn't much of a fan.
We'll also revisit Elijah Craig bourbon and my emerging theory that I just don't like old Heaven Hill bourbon. I've used a recent ECBP store pick that 10 years old rather than 12 years as the standard ECBP releases are. Let's see if I like this one any better.
