Open the Bottle - Elijah Craig Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey
Bottled at 94 proof as the Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon and the Toasted Barrel bourbon are, this rye whiskey from Heaven Hill is fairly new. Maybe I just expected more from it given how much Dan and I like Pikesville and Rittenhouse but my initial reaction is that I'm left wanting more. Maybe it's just me so I'll give it some time and go 'Back to the Bottle' soon. Hopefully, it'll open up with some time and some air. Cheers!
