Open the Bottle - Evan Williams Vintage Single Barrel Vintage Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey - I don't know why I don't have one of these open all the time. The proof is moderate but the flavors are excellent and there isn't a bad note to be found. It's bourbon the way it is meant to be both in presentation and in price. Sure, $30 is not nothing but in a day when 18 month old 'craft' whiskey is priced at $50 and higher, I love that I can get this bottle anywhere at anytime in liquor stores across the county at a fair price. Delicious!
