Open the Bottle - Redbreast12 year old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
Bottled at 40% ABV, this Irish whiskey might not be given a chance by many American whiskey drinkers due to the low proof. That is unfortunate because this single pot still Irish whiskey is just delicious and approachable and quite a worthwhile purchase at anything under $50. Frankly, it's a good bottle at the regular price of $60 and I'd probably buy it there if I hadn't always paid much less for it. When the day comes that I can't find this Redbreast 12 for $40 - $45, I'm sure I'll still buy it at whatever the price is - it's just that good. Cheers!
